1. Who provides the service

GrandAlpha ("the Service") is provided by Alejandro del Castillo Martín, Spanish tax ID 09148369G, address at C/ del Retamar 3, 28816 Camarma de Esteruelas (Madrid), Spain. Contact: soporte@grandalpha.app.

2. What GrandAlpha is (and is not)

An informational platform that shows market data and predictions from analysts with a verifiable track record. It is NOT an investment services firm, does NOT execute orders, does NOT hold funds or crypto-assets and does NOT provide advice: no content is a personalised recommendation. Your investment decisions are exclusively your own. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

3. Registration and account

You must be over 18. Truthful data, a single account per person and credentials kept under your custody. The @username is unique, changeable at most once every 3 months, and must not impersonate anyone.

4. The Analyst role

Requires passing the internal exam. Analysts publish with their full name and @ always visible, and when sealing each public prediction they mandatorily declare whether or not they hold a position in the asset (a public and immutable declaration). They undertake to publish their own analysis in good faith, not to spread misleading information, not to manipulate markets and to comply with the rules applicable to investment recommendations (Regulation (EU) 596/2014). Predictions are the analyst's content; GrandAlpha acts as a disseminator and does not endorse them.

5. Sealing and immutability (essential condition)

A track record is only credible if no one can dress it up. When sealing a public prediction you expressly accept that it is recorded permanently alongside your identity, that you will not be able to edit or delete it individually, and that it will be resolved automatically against real data. If you delete your account your predictions are deleted too; what is not possible is to selectively delete the unfavourable ones. Private ("practice") predictions are seen only by you and do not score.

6. Market data, news and chat

Prices, historical data and news come from third parties (Twelve Data, CoinGecko, Finnhub); they may arrive delayed or contain errors, and every data point shows its source, time and status. Headlines may be machine-translated. The educational chat uses AI, is purely for learning and never recommends buying or selling.

7. External brokers

The broker list is informational: external, regulated institutions in which GrandAlpha does not intervene. Should any paid affiliate agreements exist, this will be clearly indicated next to the link.

8. Prohibited conduct

Unlawful or manipulative activities, multiple or automated accounts, impersonation, scraping or reselling data, security attacks and defamatory or unlawful content. Breach may lead to suspension or cancellation of the account.

9. Intellectual property

The software, design, brand and Score methodology belong to the owner; the data, to its providers; the theses and bios, to their authors, who license their display within the Service.

10. Availability and liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, the owner is not liable for investment losses or for third-party data errors, and total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the last 12 months. Nothing limits liabilities that cannot legally be excluded towards consumers.

11. Termination and changes

You can delete your account whenever you want from Settings. The owner may suspend accounts that breach these terms and update the terms, giving notice of substantial changes.

12. Law and jurisdiction

Spanish law; for consumers, the jurisdiction of their domicile. Online dispute resolution: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
